What is energy work? Well, energy flows all around you, as you and everything around you is MADE of energy. Accordingly, if the flow of energy becomes blocked or stagnant, it can impact your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. It can bring a sense of un-wellness and disease. To regain balance, wellness, and healing however, the blocked energy should be cleared. This is the essence of “Energy Work.” As a practitioner of energy work (a healer), I can work with you to identify the source of blockage. Then, by applying conscious strategies, the blockage can be cleared and you can experience rebalance and the power of energy flowing freely around your body. This brings healing! Each week in addition to teaching there’s also a process to integrate the UL we’re focusing on that month. These calls are live but not with audience participation- think of them as a group meditation that lasts 45 minutes. You will receive a new recording each week. These are the ultimate deep dive!
Each week I will support your focus and intention for the week through energy work, (Reiki, intentional energy direction, chakra clearing, as well as any additional energetic modalities brought through by your Divine Support Team and our soul agreement.) Your presence or attention is not required during these weekly sessions. Clients say that it helps support those weeks when things are challenging they seem to have extra energy to “move through” it with ease.
Each month you will receive an individualized hypnotherapy recording based on your intention and focus for the month, or in the direction of a specific goal. These customized recordings will be written personally to focus on you, using your name, intentions and focus that allow hypnotherapy to be successful.
